Melbourne City FC may not be the oldest club in the league or have a mountain of trophies, but one thing they do have is passionate fans, fans that stand by the club in tough times and in good times. Find out why they just might be the best fans in the A-League... 
 After speaking with our Super Host James, he has provided us with many reasons as to why he thinks his beloved Melbourne City is the best team to support. "One of the most important of these being the fans NEVER GIVE UP! They back the boys 100% whether they are leading or are down 4-0 the crowd is always in song, and they will always try and lift the team to get the win" James told us. Another reason why City have some of the best fans in the A-League is not only their passion but their dedication to the team. James explained "The Fans try to go to interstate games every year to show the boys they won't just support the boys at home. By going this extra mile, we show our passion and love for the club and show that we are behind the team no matter what happens." Finally from James "it's great to support City because of the fact they have a strong passion for making people's first experience with us the reason they want to support this club. From the chants to the welcoming nature of the fans who come from all walks of life."  This is true even for James who was a Melbourne Victory fan when the league first started, however when Melbourne City first came into the league, he was drawn to their fans and the way the supporters welcomed him. Now James is part of the supporters that help new fans feel welcomed and have amazing first experiences at the club as a Host with SportsHosts. This has included taking new fans to the Active Area where they can see James play his trumpet: James even had one new fan play on their drum which is an experience they'll take home with them and never forget.
